1. How long will it take to get my dress?
Our designers create each dress to order, with lead times between 6 to 12 months. Add 8 weeks for alterations, so we recommend booking about 18 months before your wedding or flying date.
If time is tight, some designers can rush your dress for an extra fee, or you might find a sample dress available to buy. But ordering early means a stress-free and joyful journey.
2. How do I reserve my appointment?
Simply choose your preferred time on our booking page and secure your spot.
3. Can I bring my closest friends?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring up to two guests to share the moment and help find the one.
4. How long does an appointment last?
First appointments are a relaxed 90 minutes to explore and try on dresses. Retry appointments are 45 minutes to revisit your favourites.
5. What’s included in the appointment fee?
Your fee guarantees a private, personalised experience — and it’s redeemable against your dress purchase.
6. Are there any discounts if I find my dress at the first appointment?
Yes! Say yes during your first visit and enjoy 10% off your dress.
7. What if I need to reschedule?
No problem — just let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll find a new time for you.
8. Can I take my dress home straight away?
Our dresses are made to order, so yours will be crafted just for you and delivered in time for your big day.
9. What about alterations?
Our expert local seamstress will tailor your dress perfectly, usually requiring at least 8 weeks.
10. Is parking easy to find?
Yes! We have convenient parking nearby and will provide all the details when you book.
11. Will there be fizz?
Of course — we believe every appointment deserves a little sparkle!
